• Storage Facility: During the off season, November through April, Bristol Properties LLC provides warehouse storage for various types of vehicles, including fishing boats, recreation ski boats, small travel trailers, vintage travel trailers, and vehicles/cars. The facility is located downtown and offers a secure place to store your toys during the winter months, keeping them out of the weather.

• Headroom Clearance: The facility has a maximum headroom clearance of 10 feet, ensuring that your stored items fit comfortably.

• Availability: There are 12-14 storage spaces available, and they tend to fill up quickly. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis at the beginning of the season.

• Pricing: The storage fee is based on the length of your boat (including offshore brackets) or trailer:

  • $7 per foot of actual boat length or trailer length per month.

  • There is a minimum fee of $100 per month.
